2026 Annual Meeting NOTICE
Saturday February 7th starting at 1pm in the Clubhouse
Meeting Notice Packets have been distributed to Members' Property or Mailed to the address on file.
The Meeting will take place in the Florida Estates Inc Clubhouse Located at 6418 Connecticut St. Zephyrhills, FL 33542 at 1 pm on Saturday February 7th 2026.
We look forward to each and every Parcel Owners' participation. If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete the Proxy Form included in the packet to allow your vote to be counted and to ensure that a quorum is established so that the meeting does not have to be rescheduled to a later date.
