Meeting NOTICE
MEMBERS' MEETING
Generally the First Saturday In February & as needed. Notices are mailed, emailed or hand delivered 15 to 30 days before the scheduled date to all Members in good standing at their addresses of record or authorized email addresses.
A Proxy form is included in the Meeting Packet for those who cannot attend. We want everyone who pays their HOA Fee to have the opportunity for their vote counted.
There is usually plenty of time to socialize and meet your neighbors before the meeting starts and while the votes are being counted.
