Meeting NOTICE
MEMBERS' MEETING
Generally the First Saturday In February & as needed. Notices are mailed, emailed or hand delivered 15 to 30 days before the scheduled date to all Members in good standing at their addresses of record or authorized email addresses.
A Proxy form is included in the Meeting Packet for those who cannot attend. We want everyone who pays their HOA Fee to have the opportunity for their vote counted.

​There is usually plenty of time to socialize and meet your neighbors before the meeting starts and while the votes are being counted.
